1. Agreement
By creating a NxtAtlas account or using a NxtAtlas product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission, you must have that permission before using the service.
“NxtAtlas” means the independent team and studio founded and operated by Arsen Shahverdyan (nxt_am) in Yerevan, Armenia. “NxtAtlas AI” means its personal AI-assistant product.
2. Accounts and access
- Give accurate information to your sign-in provider and keep your account and devices secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account unless you report unauthorised use promptly.
- A NxtAtlas account does not automatically grant access to NxtAtlas AI. Product access, tiers and expiry dates are assigned individually by founder and owner Arsen Shahverdyan (nxt_am).
- Access is personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use NxtAtlas to:
- break the law, harm people, invade privacy or infringe intellectual-property rights;
- generate or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, abusive automation or instructions intended to compromise systems without authorisation;
- bypass authentication, tiers, rate limits, safety controls or product restrictions;
- probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the service or its providers;
- impersonate another person or present AI-generated material deceptively where disclosure is required.
Security learning and authorised testing are allowed only where you have permission and remain responsible for how the result is used.
4. Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant NxtAtlas a limited permission to process, transmit, store and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service you requested.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or ask the service to process. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data that are unnecessary for your task.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. Check important facts and use qualified professional advice for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and using output.
5. Services, changes and availability
NxtAtlas is an evolving, invite-only product. Features, model providers, limits, clients and access tiers may change. NxtAtlas may pause a feature when needed for security, maintenance, cost control or provider availability.
The team works to keep the service reliable, but does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, a particular model or that every result will complete. Keep your own copy of material you cannot afford to lose.
6. NxtAtlas property
The NxtAtlas names, logos, interfaces, code and original site content remain the property of NxtAtlas or their respective licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer the product or brand to you.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
NxtAtlas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by use of or inability to use the service, third-party providers, user content or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NxtAtlas and sign out at any time. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
NxtAtlas may suspend, limit or end access when these Terms are broken, the service or another person is at risk, a provider or law requires it, or an invite expires. Where practical, the reason will be shown in the product.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without overriding consumer rights that must apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised directly so the parties can try to resolve them in good faith.
Terms may change as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be announced where practical. Continuing to use the service after new Terms take effect means you accept them.
